GENERAL INFORMATION

Check-in:

• You will be required to complete a guest registration form upon arrival.
• Please be assured that your personal information remains secure and at no point will we give your details to a third party.
• Your room has a set of keys for your front door please keep these safe and take them with you. If you inadvertently take a key home with you we will give you seven days to post it back otherwise a replacement key charge will be levied to your account.
• You are welcome to come and go as you please but if arriving late we do ask you to keep the noise down out of respect for other guests.
• Please park responsibly using the designated spaces. Trucks, vans and trailers to be kept in large parking bay next to motel gardens.
• Please take extra care when driving as there are children and other guest in the area. ​

Check-out

• 9 am weekdays and after 10am on weekends.
• Payment can be made using cash or card.
• Guests are requested to settle their bill either after breakfast on their last day or the evening prior. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard cards and or cash (we do not accept cheque or foreign currency).
• Guests wishing to have a later check out are requested to check with us the day before to ensure their room is available. If available, a late check out is after 1 pm and is tariffed at 50% of the nightly room rate.

Cancellations

• Cancellation of and/or amendments to your reservation must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
• In the event of no-show, a fee of one night’s room charge will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation.
