An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely
Parkrun meet for an 8am start on Saturdays at Apex park for a timed 5km walk or run! You don’t need to be a runner to come to parkrun. Anyone is free to participate, run, walk, push a pram or wheelchair. We are a friendly social bunch that enjoys coffee and chats just as much as the running and walking!
