We offer Disability Employment Services (DES) for individuals ranging from their last year of high school to retirement age, as well as everyday support through our Lifestyle Services for individuals aged between 7 and 65 years. Essential Personnel is a registered NDIS provider.

We are a small close team, so we get to know you as a person, we offer a very personalised and holistic approach to finding long term meaningful employment and support.

Our Employment Services also offer Post Placement and Ongoing Support for as long as you may need us, to ensure that you are comfortable and confident in your workplace and your employment role. We can work alongside both you and your employer to assist with onsite training as needed.

With our Lifestyle Services, Essential Personnel can find and accompany you to attend social and community and activities and groups as well as assist with daily living and personal care requirements. Essential Personnel also have experience in accommodation needs and have some accommodation and options for short term stays.

Essential Personnel also have a well established team of Coordinators of Supports to assist you bring your NDIS plan to life and find the right Service’s to suit your changing needs.
